The ukranian driver did his best as always in the OKNJ class, taking the top positions.
Alex completed a rather hard-fought weekend, just like the two previous ones at La Conca and Sarno. A path of growth that is continuing in the new category and is allowing the Ukrainian driver to grow a lot.
Over the weekend at Lonato, the qualifying session kicked off the third WSK round in the best possible way with the fifth time overall and second in Group A.
In the heats, the Ukrainian driver did his best despite several battles on the track, finishing with a P2 and two P10s in the three available heats.
In the Prefinal A on a drying track, Legenkyi showed his maturity by managing not to make any mistakes and finishing with a P4.
Unfortunately, the final under the rain did not smile on Alex who was forced to retire at the end of the first lap when he was already in the Top Five zone.
The weekend in Lonato was in any case a positive one, and Oleksandr would like to thank his team, IAME, his mechanic and his sponsors. Appointment at Franciacorta in a week’s time for the penultimate round of the WSK Super Master Series 2025.
